Engagement

StarMeUp is a simple and intuitive solution designed to boost people’s trust and commitment towards the organization, no matter their physical location. The platform helps organizations build an employee-centered culture that promotes emotional connections among colleagues, and creates a sense of belonging in every individual.

  • 360 ° recognitions. They are linked to the organizational competencies or values configured by each company.
    • Individual recognition.
    • Group recognition.
    • All users can comment on them, like them and “bright” them up (valid only for individual recognitions).
    • They can contain emojis and photos.
    • You can mention and tag other people.

    360 ​​° recognitions are visible for the entire organization to promote stronger bonds among employees.

  • Anniversaries and birthdays. Users can visualize everybody's birthdays and anniversaries; and send personal greeting messages. These greetings remain visible in the profile of the honored person.
  • Likert method surveys. The HR team and leaders can create pulse and organizational climate surveys, among others, to better understand how employees are feeling and be able to take active listening to the next level.
  • Featured content. The communications teams can share information through photo or video publications. Also, a description and link can be added when needed. All the content generated over time is saved in each employee’s profile in the Communications tab.
  • Share photos and videos. Users can share photos and videos of special moments such as projects and events in which they are participating. People can comment on posts, like, tag, and get tagged.
  • Tags, Mentions and Hashtags. Before sharing a photo or recognition, users can tag their colleagues to give it greater visibility. Plus, they can mention people in the comments. Hashtags can be also used in the description of photos or acknowledgments to link the content to a specific topic and establish topics of interest to the organization at any given time.
  • Notifications. Users receive notifications when:
    • An individual or group recognition is sent to them.
    • Close colleagues celebrate their anniversary or birthday.
    • Someone comments or "likes" a photo they have uploaded.
    • They are tagged in a photo.
    • They are mentioned in the comment of a photo.

    These notifications can be received through emails, notifications within the platform or push notifications for mobile devices.

  • Leaderboard table. A visual ranking of the people who most send and receive stars, with the possibility of filtering data by organization, offices, role, areas, among others.
  • Profile. A section that shows information associated with the user, such as:
    • Organizational DNA.
    • Sent and received recognitions.
    • Outstanding recognition.
    • Hobbies and Interests.
    • Cultural influencers.
    • Connections with other members of the company.
    • Shared Photos and Videos.
  • Admin. A module for the company’s data administration, user and office management, multi-language settings and restrictions, reporting and filtering of data associated with recognitions, communications, notification settings and hashtags, among other things.
  • Analytics. A real-time dashboard for relevant data analysis. Data is visualized in a simple and clear way, with the possibility to add customization filters. This module also allows the graphic display of the information and the possibility of exporting it.

Performance

It is a module that allows users to send and receive real-time feedback, and helps organizations increase their teams’ productivity by aligning the objectives of each area and role with the organization’s.

  • 360° feedback. Performance makes it easier to send and receive feedback, allowing a multidirectional culture. Feedback can be sent and received not only from leaders, but also from colleagues. Plus, leaders can request feedback on behalf of their team members to encourage ongoing insights regarding the performance and execution of daily tasks.
  • Goals. Leaders can set and manage goals. These goals allow leaders to track employees’ process, encourage their progress, and provide an overview of their performance and task fulfillment. When an objective is accomplished, the leader can choose a closing note with customizable scales. Plus, they can add organizational goals related to their employees’ or teams’ specific goals.
  • Promotions Suggestion. Leaders can review their teams' positions and promotion history since joining the company and suggest a promotion if they think it's time. To be able to suggest it, the collaborator must have a performance evaluation carried out in the last 6 months. Additionally, companies that use multi leaders may join this request as enhancers of the promotion.
  • Feedback for Leaders. Each member of the team will be able to evaluate their leader anonymously in the period of time that the company selects. It is associated with competencies and each one is scored using the Likert scale. Additionally, they can add open-ended questions to inquire about specific questions of the role.
  • Evaluations. Employees’ monitoring process can have periodic instances where the leader has the chance to point out people’s areas for improvement and successful achievements. Within the evaluations we find the following sections:
    • Results.
    • Suggested Actions.
    • 9 box.
  • User Dashboard. It is accessed through a personal panel where users can see their rated skills and abilities represented in a bar graph and compare the % of rates obtained for each skill and ability. Also, they can visualize the ranking of the competencies they are best at, the ones that need improvement, and see the total percentage of goals achieved.
  • In case the organization has StartMeUp, they will be able to visualize the employee’s organizational DNA and the values they ​​were recognized for. Plus, information about the last (self)evaluations carried out is also visible.

  • Leader's Dashboard. Here, leaders can see the ranking of competencies their teams are best at, the ones that need improvement, and the total percentage of goals achieved. In addition, they can access more information, such as:
    • Team members: received feedback summary, outstanding competencies, goals summary.
    • Team feedback: all the feedback received by team members.
    • Team Goals - the status of all the uploaded goals for their team. Leaders can update their progress, edit, approve, and close them.
    • Team results: history of the team’s evaluations and/or self-evaluations. Leaders can create new evaluations.
  • My profile. Users can access all the received and sent feedback, create new objectives, see a list of them, and know the results of all performance evaluations.
  • Admin. From the administration panel, only the specifically assigned users can make all the pertinent configurations, and access reports from what is happening on the platform.
